Dr. Nathan Eberle is a rare breed of surgeon, a double board-certified surgeon does not even tell the entire story. He began first training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, followed this training with General Surgery, and completed his education with a residency in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. Dr. Nathan Eberle is one of less than 100 surgeons in the United States with these credentials. His education, coupled with his hands-on experience and eye for aesthetics, provides discerning patients with a unique opportunity to make their personal aesthetic rejuvenation desires a reality.
During his free time, Dr. Nathan Eberle enjoys traveling with his family in addition to spending time in the outdoors, hiking and backpacking.
Dr. Nathan Eberle focuses all of his expertise and years of training on his patients, who seek only the best in aesthetic plastic surgery or Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. From his years of surgery training in fields of medicine that overlap operating on the facial skeleton, he understands the complexity of the facial skeleton and soft tissue needs of patients to formulate the best and most individualized aesthetic or reconstructive rejuvenation treatment for each patient. Not only does Dr. Nathan Eberle focus his expertise on the rejuvenation of the face, breasts, and body, but he also dedicates his talents to Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery patients requiring reconstructive Dental Implant Surgery, procedures such as All-On-Four with or without the use of zygomatic Implants.
Dr. Nathan Eberle can be routinely seen in his community with his wife Michelle, who is an accomplished orthodontist, and their two children, Ellie and Nathan Jr.
Meet Dr. Lisbet Diaz, our Pediatric Specialty Dentist. Dr. Lisbet Diaz did her residency at Temple University, graduated from the University of Pennsylvania Dental School. She is highly qualified and specializes in complex treatment requirements and provides options for sedation unlike most offices. Rest assured our beloved children are in very capable and loving hands.
Dr. Mercke continues to seek out advanced training opportunities in order to stay up-to-date on the latest techniques and issues in dentistry. She is a member of the American Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, the Florida Dental Association and the Christian Medical and Dental Association. Dr. Mercke has received numerous academic and professional honors including the Golden Key Honor Society, Delta Epsilon Iota Academic Honor Society, Alpha Omega Dental Fraternity and Sigma Alpha Lambda Leadership & Honors Organization.
In her spare time, Dr. Mercke enjoys spending time with her family and cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs. She and her husband Bill have been blessed with twins (a boy & a girl) that keep their hands (and hearts) full.
Dr. Richard Vazquez believes in providing excellent patient care to all of his patients and helping them achieve their smile goals. He was born and raised in Miami, Florida, and received his B.S. from Nova Southeastern University in 2016 and then continued in the Dental program finishing at the top of his class in 2020. His specialties include, but are not limited to: crowns, bridges, prosthodontics, dental implants, extractions, and endodontics.
Dr. Vazquez has a combined four years of experience in the dental world and is committed to staying up to date with all dentistry innovations. He is a proud and outstanding member of the ADA, FDA, and IDIA and is currently pursuing membership in the AGD.
Patient dental health and satisfaction is a priority for Dr. Vazquez, but when not in the office, he can be found focusing on his fitness, traveling, fishing, and spending time with his golden doodle, "Dex."

Yes, there are alternatives to dental implants, such as bridges or removable dentures. However, dental implants offer the most natural-looking and long-lasting solution, providing superior stability and preserving the integrity of adjacent teeth.
Smoking can increase the risk of complications and implant failure. While smokers can still receive dental implants, it's advisable to quit smoking or significantly reduce smoking before the procedure to improve the chances of successful implantation.
Dental implant coverage varies depending on your insurance plan. Some dental insurance policies provide partial coverage for dental implants, while others may not cover them at all. It's best to review your insurance policy or consult with your insurance provider to understand your coverage.
While dental implants may have a higher upfront cost compared to other tooth replacement options, they are a long-term investment in your oral health and quality of life. The exact cost depends on factors such as the number of implants needed and any additional procedures required. We recommend consulting with your dental provider for a personalized cost estimate.
The duration of the dental implant process varies depending on individual factors. It typically involves multiple stages, including consultation, implant placement, healing period, and final restoration. The entire process can range from a few months to several months.
In general, most individuals with good oral health and sufficient jawbone density are candidates for dental implants. However, a thorough evaluation by a dental professional is necessary to determine your eligibility for the procedure.
With proper care, dental implants can last a lifetime. Regular dental check-ups, good oral hygiene practices, and avoiding habits like smoking are essential to maximize the longevity of your dental implants.
During the procedure, local anesthesia is used to ensure you are comfortable and free from pain. Afterward, some mild discomfort or swelling may occur, but it can be managed with over-the-counter pain medications.
Dental implants have a high success rate, typically around 95%. Success depends on various factors, including oral health, bone density, and the skill of the dental professional performing the procedure.
Dental implants are titanium posts surgically placed in the jawbone to replace missing tooth roots. They provide a stable foundation for artificial teeth, such as crowns, bridges, or dentures.
